The School Discipline Consensus Report:  Strategies from the Field to Keep Students Engaged in School and Out of the Juvenile Justice System This report was released on June 3, 2014 by the Council of State Governments Justice Center.  It argues that too many students are suspended from school and offers alternative ways to address misbehavior.
